CIBC Innovation Banking provides $3 million to online healthcare training platform Showdme

CIBC Innovation Banking announced today that it has provided $3 million in growth capital financing to Showdme, a provider of innovative employee training and engagement software solutions. This funding will support Showdme’s continued expansion and product development, and enhance its ability to deliver cutting-edge employee training.

Founded in 2014, Showdme’s platform empowers homecare and nursing agencies to improve employee onboarding, compliance training, and professional development at scale. Its fully managed compliance training allows employers to save time and reduce costs while providing an online training experience that integrates industry bodies to easily prove compliance certification and provide a system of record.

Working with more than 500 organizations across the US, Showdme has five customer bases: home health and home care, long-term care and senior living, hospice, behavioral health and disability services, and non-healthcare. It recently completed its Series A funding round, led by Spring Mountain Capital and Blue Heron Capital.
