Data and experience platform provider Ometria receives £8m investment from CIBC Innovation Banking

CIBC Financial Innovation announced today that it has provided an £8 million growth capital package to Ometria , a data and customer experience platform headquartered in London and New York. Ometria will use the capital to refine and advance the retail-specific artificial intelligence capabilities of its platform.

Founded in 2013, Ometria is the first and only data and customer experience platform company built specifically for retail, and it serves over 200 leading global clients. The platform helps retail brands drive customer-centric business growth by creating next-generation, data-driven experiences at scale.
