John joined CIBC in the spring of 2022 and has experience lending across the full company lifecycle, from early-stage venture financing to later-stage sponsor finance transactions.
In his current role, John is a member of the Sponsor Finance Credit Solutions team, where he is responsible for structuring and executing lending transactions for sponsor-backed software companies.
Outside of work, John enjoys working out, running along Austin’s Lady Bird Lake trail, and enduring the ups and downs of being a Carolina Panthers fan.
