Kashif Chandani is Director and Head of Early-Stage Banking at CIBC Innovation Banking, where he is building a practice dedicated to helping startup founders grow and scale. Drawing on his experience at RBCx and helping build the early-stage banking offering at TD Innovation Partners, Kashif combines practical banking and credit solutions with support beyond financial services. He works closely with founders to connect them with the right ecosystem partners from accelerators and industry experts to investors and other sources of capital.
